II. Administration
    a. Officers/Duties
      i. Commissioner
        1. Administrate and enforce Regulations & By-Laws
        2. Preside over meetings
        3. Make decisions regarding GLHL matters
        4. Provided

          b. reimbursement for travel, postage, phone, and fax expenses
      ii. Secretary/Treasurer/Publicist
        1. Handle GLHL financial matters
        2. Record minutes of meetings
        3. Monitor and publish the schedule
        4. Publish a newsletter
        5. Compile statistics (w/l/t, points, scoring, goaltending)
        6. Fax or E-mail scores/stats/schedule to teams/local media
        7. Provided
          a. annual salary of $1,500.00
          b. fax machine
          c. reimbursement of postage, phone, and fax expenses
      iii.Referee-in-Chief
        1. Supervise all GLHL officials
        2. Assign Referees and assist assigning Linesmen for all games between GLHL teams
        3. Handle rule interpretations as per USA Hockey and GLHL guidelines for dissemination to officials and teams
        4. Provided
          a. Annual salary of $300.00
          b. GLHL Tournament Supervisory Salary of $150.00

    b. Team Representatives
      i. Each GLHL Member shall have one Team Representative for purposes of discussion at meetings
    c.Meetings
      i. The annual meeting shall be held the last Saturday of April
        1. Time and location to be determined at the GLHL Tournament
      ii. Other meetings may be called
        1. As necessary by Commissioner
        2.Or requested by members
    d. Appeals/Protests
      i. Any appeal/protest of a Commissioner decision, suspension, or game situation must be made in writing to the Secretary/Treasurer/Publicist with 24 hours of the affected incident, accompanied by a $35.00 fee, refunded if upheld
      ii. Each team representative shall have one vote on original decisions by the Commissioner
      iii. May only be overruled at a 2/3 majority vote
      iv. There cannot be a vote on the Commissioners ruling until each team representative has a copy of the referees report, any written explanations by the appealing representative, and gathered information by the Commissioner which is sent to all teams
      v. This will all be sent out after an appeal is properly made to the GLHL
    e.Amendments
      i. Amendments to these Regulations & By-Laws may be made at an annual GLHL meeting by proposal, discussion, and vote by the Team Representatives
      ii. Amendments to these Regulations & By-Laws may be made at an annual GLHL meeting by proposal, discussion, and vote by the Team Representatives
